My extensive background in supporting women over the past 20 years encompasses using psychotherapy, somatic movement ; yoga therapy and mindfulness to help women with concerns like emotional dysregulation; anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.

As an Integrative Therapist, I use evidence-based therapies including:
