For over 25 years, I’ve worked with women through every stage of life—helping them find balance, regain confidence, and embrace the transitions that shape us. From pregnancy and postpartum to perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, I’ve supported more than 100,000 women across the UK in using yoga and holistic wellness to navigate these key life moments.
But here’s the truth: menopause isn’t talked about enough. Society tells us to fear ageing, to see menopause as an ending rather than the beginning of something new. I refuse to accept that. That’s why I created YogaPause—to give women the tools, community, and confidence to step into this phase stronger, wiser, and more empowered than ever.
Beyond yoga, I’m also a trained psychotherapist, specializing in women’s emotional well-being during key life transitions. This means I approach menopause not just as a physical shift, but as a deep, personal transformation—one that affects our mindset, identity, and sense of self. Through YogaPause, I help women redefine ageing, reconnect with their bodies, and feel truly supported in this journey.
